Dark Chocolate, Sea salt and Tahini Puddles

Makes around 20… on a good day

  • 200g good quality dark chocolate

  • 100g light tahini / your favourite nut butter

  • Dash of honey, maple, coconut sugar if you fancy

  • Choice of garnishes; Toasted sesame seeds, Pistachios, Rose petals, Caramelised Ginger / orange / MINI EGGS!

  • Sea salt flakes

Method:

  1. Gently melt the chocolate in a large bowl over boiling water.

  2. In another pan on medium heat, warm up the tahini or nut butter to give a loose consistency that you are able to drizzle - add in the sweeteners at this point if using.

  3. Line a large baking tray with grease proof paper.

  4. Add dessert spoonfuls of melted chocolate onto the baking paper. Swirl through around 1 tsp of tahini or nut butter into the centre of the chocolate puddle.

  5. Top with your choice of garnishes.

  6. Leave to cool at room temperature, or in the fridge, until set before gently peeling off the paper.
