Hope has cooked for me at our country house in Wiltshire on several different occasions. What I love about Hope, almost as much as her cooking, is that nothing is too much or a hassle. She works with a sense of calm and ease. She is never stressed and always a pleasure to have in the kitchen with guests. All of her cooking is delicious and original too. The last time she came to cook for 16 over Easter our oven packed up. Hope managed to produce the most delicious lunch and was wonderfully relaxed.

She is very tidy too! I gave her brilliant cookbook that she wrote for children to lots of my friends and they all love it! I recommend Hope and am happy to chat through a reference if preferred.

Ascot Picnic

“Hope’s picnic was such a success! I don’t think my husband has ever enjoyed a picnic that I have made half as much! Thank you again, it was fabulous and after we’d had lunch and packed everything left away, everyone was talking about how they were looking forward to eating the rest of it after the races! Which they did. Thankfully we still have some leftovers which we will enjoy today. All of it was great and honestly made our job as hosts of quite a large number so much easier so if you are still doing the same next year…!”

Hen Do Dinner

Hope very kindly cooked for a party of 15 of us at my best friend's Hen Do in Kent! We had our chef drop out last minute but Hope very quickly stepped in and managed to whip up an amazing meal for us all; even with some added unexpected nibbles to start off. She catered perfectly for the group with the very limited information I had given her and made the Bride's weekend! I'd 100% recommend Hope for any catering occasion, but particularly for medium-sized groups like ourselves for a special weekend.
